Michael and his team did a great job! I just closed on my house and found bad mold on the majority of the walls in the basement. I am one of the directors of a pediatric therapy clinic in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, providing Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy services to children of varying abilities, levels, and ages. I was really concerned about the ramifications and severity of this problem, however, Mike explained the mold/cleanup process very simply. He explained the cleanup process and how he would resolve the issue in layman s terms. I really appreciated this. I also liked the fact that this company uses non-toxic products. This property is a rental unit and the fact that non-toxic products are used really put my tenants mind to rest as well. Hopefully, I never have to deal with this issue again; however if I do, I would use this company again. They are very proactive and kept me informed during the entire cleanup process. They did an excellent job throughout the process.
